I accidentally delete all my safari sessions

Hello everyone

I was annoyed by the mackeeper jump out website,so I removed all my website data in Safari days before

Unfortunately ,I didn't expect I also delete all the saved website in Sessions (the safari extension app).....

Ｉuse Sessions as my bookmark for recent website I am interested,and I lost all.....and the worst part is the mackeeper still keeps jump out.

Does any one know how to get back those website I saved in Sessions ?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

To regain your bookmarks, use your Time Machine backup.

To delete MacKeeper follow these steps:

How to uninstall MacKeeper – updated (from Apple Help Writer):

And never, ever install any similar software. Your Mac doesn't need it.

I never installed any similar software as Mackeeper, it just keeps jumping up the webpage to suggest me to install it ,very annoyed.

And about the Time Machine ,Ｉdidn't have the good habits of backing up....so is there any other way to get back my Sessions website ?

Safari – Popup takes over

Safari – Popup takes over (2)

Popup remover – Scam Zapper

If the pop-up reloads, force quit Safari (command - option/alt - esc) and reopen with the shift key held down. If that doesn't work, disconnect from the Internet, go to Safari/History and delete the website. Quit and reopen with the shift key held down.

Without a backup, there is no way to recover the data.
